Seating FAQ
How is seating arranged for shows?
‘On Stage at The Freight House’ performances are seated events with all tickets sold as general admission.
Seating locations are determined based on dinner reservations or on a first-come, first-served basis when doors open for that evening’s performance. Accessible seating is provided for those needing physical accommodations, and we also consider arrangements for large groups. While we do take note of guest preferences, we are unable reserve or guarantee specific seating or table requests.
Doors open for seating at 5:15 p.m. (90 minutes prior to showtime), and attendees are welcome to enjoy The Freight House’s full menu and beverage service before and during the performance. While many guests choose to enjoy dinner and drinks during this time, it is not mandatory and does not affect where guests are seated for the show.
The Music & Event Center offers various seating options to enhance your experience. Most seating is at tables on the main floor, and we also have limited seating available at the bar and on the second-floor mezzanine for those seeking an elevated view. Kindly be aware that private tables for two are limited, as most of our tables accommodate four people.
Groups of two or fewer may be seated with others at tables for four or six. Upon request in advance, we will do our best to seat large groups together or close to one another, depending on availability.
If you are attending an ‘On Stage’ show as a group, please contact our Events Manager at Jen@TheFreightHouse.com to confirm the total number of attendees and your estimated arrival time, to make a show/dinner reservation. For groups with separately purchased tickets wishing to sit together, please provide Jen with the first and last names of each ticket purchaser to ensure a smooth check-in and seating process.
Ticket holders that arrive after the performance has started will be seated at the discretion of the house manager.

Can I claim a seat/table when doors and return later?

While guests are welcome to leave and return at their convenience, please be aware that seats or tables cannot be held or reserved if a guest exits The Freight House. In this situation, the ticketholder will need to check-in with our staff at the entrance and be reseated.
My group purchased tickets separately but would like to sit together at the show?
If you notify us in advance, we will make every effort to seat large groups together or next to each other, depending on availability.
